First time vertical jigging
Last week I brought a buddy of mine to Vernon Lake for some brushpile slab hunting. He is a veteran and has never fished specifically for white perch. And boy did he fall in love. I don’t have a Livescope but I do have a Helix 7. I’ve located a few brush piles and we fished them. Kept 19 . Threw back a few shorties. He’s already asking when we can go back. Another bass fisherman converted to a crappie guy, lol. Tight lines
