My two boy and one of there friends hit the lake about 6:30. We hit the first few spots without a bite and then found a few. I was trying hard to get Jack's friend his first sac after he caught one the pressure was off and all the boys ended up catching a few. Great day on the water. We fished hard and played harder. We did a little tubing between spots. Believe it or not James was able to land one off the tube. I think I an on to something to extend James time on the water. Name: 20220527_163604.jpg

Dat's nice Hunt. Did the same with my kids. But in a old truck tube.

One time over thirty years ago, I've got youngest son Eric tied behind da boat. it's hot around 11am back part of Sorrell. Look across da buy u and I see what looks like a stump beginning to move. I yell to my Son to get in da boat, he says it's hot. I grab him and said look at the stump moving, he says dat's a gator.

Now I gotta try and explain to da boys Momma how I let her son swim with gators. Took a lot of heat on dat.

Jimmy Houston would be proud, but Tell them boys ya gotta kiss em on da lips.

That looks like a fun outing at a beautiful lake. Keep one thing in mind when they're out on the tube, I saw a couple of nice gators while there a week ago. I'm talking about some around 9 to 10 footers.
