    No work today, time to go jerk some lips...

    Launched boat at 7am.

    Go to first tree, nothing.

    Second tree, nothing.

    Scan some sunken tops, nothing again.

    What's up?? They done moved....

    Start scanning open water and find some fish scattered.

    Started out slow, I've never seen fish spooked so easily when that jig swims by as they were this morning. That jig would get close and they'd burn rubber getting out of the way...

    I changed colors, jig sizes and tactics several times until they finally settled down and started biting and then it was on....

    All but two of my fish were caught in open water today and that's the opposite of what I would normally find.

    Water looks great, it's a little low from normal level
