I met him once at his shop when his Dad was still with us. His Dad was a legend in the crappie fishing world. JB gave PS and I lessons at LSU once. We both passed the course and that why I can say I attended LSU.

I also brought Linda there to buy a jig pole for her. Of course JB had to show her how to use it. I never laughed so hard in my life and the harder I laughed the more upset she got. When we finally got out of there with JB's blessing, boy did i catch it when we got in the car. Every now and then I threatened to bring her there for more lessons and she to be sure and call my lawyer first.

Gene, Blaine has taken up where his dad left off! Met him this morning, he gave me a few lessons and I went back and bought 2 rids from him and he said feels like I have known you for years! I told him that is what us Louisiana people are all about! Invited him to come on a crabbing shrimping trip if he comes my way! Great guy!
