    Default Toledo Bend

It was only three of us, but we sho nuff passed a good time.Fishing was slow due to the recent high water and cool front, but we played the hand we were dealt.
Fish were caught on plastics, monkey milk, chartreuse glow, and blue shiner were the colors.

It was good to see ya and get together and fish with you again. I just wish the Bend was a little closer so I could fish it more often there is so much water and places to fish it's hard to get a handle on. The old saying 90% of the fish are in 10% of the water holds true on such a large lake like that. I had a good time and let's get together later in the year when the lake is a little lower.

I was there last week with a guide the day of the cold front. Ya'll caught better than we did. We had to wear our raingear to protect us from the cold wind. This weather is crazy. And more rain all this week. Glad yall had a fun trip.
