Default Bayou Macon Cutoff (Shell) 12-10

Caught 5 small crappie, with the bigger 2 being about the size of bream. Fish were scattered, some on the channel edge 13-14 FOW and 11’ deep and some in 18-19 FOW 8-9’ deep. A few Bass fishermen out there, but not catching anything.

The trip was mostly about figuring out the electronics and looking for structure. 3 of the 5 may have been this one coming back for a free meal and boat tour before returning to lake.

It is not what you do for your children, but what you have taught them to do for themselves, that will make them successful human beings.

Sometimes you have to just dedicate a trip to figuring out your electronics! And like PPG said, those small ones are tough to catch sometimes!
