    exactly. Fish the single trees. and we hit some in real shallow water on the NE side of the lake in the open. You don't have to find a bed. they're everywhere.

    Great catch!! I remember fishing Miller’s in a pirogue in the spring years ago. Heard something like someone trying to start an outboard motor. Then an alligator longer than my pirogue swam by about 20 feet away. Got my attention!!
