Got mine from Cabelas around Christmas was on sale for about 130.00 have filleted about 150 fish so far and absolutely love it . It takes getting used to because the little blades are so sharp that I cut through the first few that I done . But am proud of it so far !

I have a few of them, different sizes and purposes. The blades and their sharpness retention are awesome. The one downfall that I dislike about them is the handle thickness vs the center of the blade. When I lay the knife flat to fillet the high point of the handle bottoms out before the angle I want to fillet at. All of the ones I have, I have experience the same issue. I wish they would do away with that white thumb rest at the top of the handle and narrow the handle down so that the right fillet angle is easily obtainable. If they did that there would be no other knife on the market that would come close to the Bubba blade. In closing, it is a great knife. I use them for cleaning offshore fish and fresh water fish with the only complaint that I mentioned.

Had mine for a while now. Love it.

Jigrig they don't have a big enough amp hour battery for the fish you have to clean.

I have the corded version and absolutely love it. To comment on the sharpness of blades they are extremely sharp. This may sound funny but I loaded it with my blades for a mister twister and OH MY. It is perfect for crappie. No more cut through of the backbones and it sliced through everything like butter.

They do take a little - getting used to.

I use mine with Mister Twister blades. If the motor, gears, and batteries hold up, I'll never own another knife. Mine is into it's second year.
Tell'em I'll be there.

I've got the corded version and I really like it. I will say though that I never clean anything that isn't a crappie, even though I clean a lot of really good fish, with mine the gears stripped out within a few months. However, they were very prompt in getting it replaced under warranty. I can't say that about American Angler, I sent a new one in on warranty over a year ago and they've never replaced it after many emails and phone calls ect. they've done nothing. Go Bubba.
