Good job Bruce. Back to work tomorrow night. Maybe the weather will be settled down and the bite will be on when I am off in a week.

Time to eat some of those....I did a couple of things different when frying...I battered the fish as usual then let them come to room temperature....and I cooked them in smaller batches....the result was the oil did not cool down too far...from 390 down to 150...the fish was probably the best batch I ever had..crispy, light and fluffy....I do not cook them very long....maybe 1 1/2 min.....put a little "Slap Yo Mama" on the fries...

Nice mess of fish Bruce, but I like the second picture better. Just finished dinner but hungry again.
Way to go Mr. Bruce... It's 5:15am and that last pic is making me hungry!! Another fine catch there
My kind of meal Bruce. Lightly fried to a golden color with very little crunch, inside moist and tender. YUM
