Nice! New to the board and sacalait fishing. I've had mixed results but really enjoying it. Something about catching those temperamental things that gets you going. I've tried half moon and whiskey bay so far with better results in half moon. In whiskey bay, I've caught a few on jigs and shiners over tree tops. Any other suggestions as to certain areas? Is main channel better or should I make the run to the work canal?

Probably a color of the bobby garland jigs. I actually have some that I haven't tried yet.
