Good job Bruce, neither rain nor snow or a flooded parking lot can stop a determined slab fisherman.

Water still high in the parking lot but no problems launching....got to try out my new rubber boots.....got there just after daylight.....best bite was early.....shiners 12 to 18" deep next to the woods....gave away 5 catfish to a guy nearby.....big sac went 15".....quit at 1 PM.....notice the strange markings on one of the bass.....

Nice.., healthy looking fish PS!
I gave jack millers area a try Tuesday despite the cool front...fished a large area including pats bay. Water looks pretty good everywhere, but slow bite! I liked the way everything looked, so plan to go back soon! Most of these fish had no eggs; a couple had very small amount of eggs. I really believe they have spawned!

Good report especially on the water at landing...I was curious about that.
Might need to take the kayak out if I get the chance.
