    Default Henderson 3/10 & Lake Verrett 3/12......


    Henderson....did a lot of running around checking out different spots...fished 3 hours....got one bass & one sac....shiners 3 ft deep....no pictures...gave fish away at the landing to a young couple just launching in their kayaks....

    Attakapas Landing on the south end of Lake Verrett....stayed in one canal....fished 10" to 24" deep...shiners...kept 5 nice 12" sacs and 3 bass....threw back about 6 nice cats.... the parking lot was about 2/3 covered with water...up about 6" from my last trip....almost had to get my feet wet....a local told me this lot was about to go under with 2 ft more rise....was still catching when I quit around 1:30....just got too hot for me.....I need to find a new fishing spot just don't like to drive far.....
