    Default Indian Creek - 2-27-19

Long story short-every cove I know of that has had spawn and pre-spawn fish are grassed up 100%. I have no idea how they are going to spawn. I even tried my usual pre-spawn staging area with a deeper jig presentation, and got zero bites. I may be done with that lake until October.

Hope you can figure them out. They're gonna spawn somewhere soon but on the bright side, if they can spawn with plenty of protection from fisherman a lot of those big mature fish that don't get caught in the spring are gonna be real nice fish this fall!

I wonder how they do it when the hydrilla mat goes all the way to the bank.

I know what you're talking about was just there at the Lake the past two weeks camping. We're local and between rain and wind went out to fish for them and had zero bites; found grassed up coves and nothing around main beach or small beach cove.
