I wish I could help you, but I have not fished that lake in over a year. Have not heard any reports, either.
We live in Northwest Arkansas and In the last fifteen years we have fished Caddo several times in the winter and really have some great memories of our trips to the areas around Uncertain. Just wondering what the bite was like now and how bad is the salvania grass. I would really appreciate some info. A PM would be fine. Again not looking for honey holes just a little general information. Thanks

I've fished NWArk, but never fished Caddo, sorry

Romans 6:23
Last time I was on Caddo was June and I usually go after bass on Caddo. The giant salvinia situation is as good as it's been in several years. It's not gone but the cold weather and rain killed a lot of it and flushed a lot of it away last winter. I'd say that the water needs to cool down a little more before the crappie stack up on the bayou around Johnson's Ranch but that's just a guess on my part.
