All we need is to get the faucet turned off and a little north wind and cooler, drier weather.

Went on Friday. Fished from about 830 to 1230. Tried some cuts and didn’t get anything but a bite from a gar. Decided to try fishing deeper structure. Ran to some wellheads I have caught fish from and caught one nice sac right away. Didn’t get another bite after that. Tried other wellheads and deeper tree tops. Only a few gar

Went this morning and found the water color black. Fished some deep heavy cover and picked up a couple of small ones then got out of there after about an hour. Not a fan of dark water. Crossed the lake to Grand bayou and found some decent sac au lait around some grass beds. Kept about a dozen or so but had to work for them.
