    Here's the updated list. I hope Saturday is a good fishing day. LOLOLOL

    Friday
    RMGeorge – bake beans, chicken sauce piquant, rice cooker and rice
    Tracker123 – crawfish etouffee
    Mo Slab – apple pie, blue bell vanilla ice cream, several gallons tea/lemonade
    Fishfried – 4 cases of soft drinks and ice
    ChuckTx & Bill – potato salad
    Mrs Tracker123 – paper towels, aluminum foil, and a couple more aluminum pans.
    Skippa Chippa – plastic utensils and plates
    PawPaw Gene & Linda – Surprise
    Short Line – Chips, Dip and dessert.

    Saturday
    Tracker123 – fried gator
    Mo Slab – Fry Daddy
    RMGeorge – 6 gallon fryer, oil, Louisiana seasoned fish fry
    Skippa Chippa – 10 lbs potatoes, ketchup, salt/pepper, and Tony’s
    Mrs Tracker123 – Pulled Pork Sandwiches.
    K&B – mac and cheese

    I'm remembering how long we spent frying food at all the other gatherings...at least an hour. And that was with three or four fryers going. My one fryer won't be enough. Who else will bring one?

    I went to Target this morning and bought a one gallon electric fryer to bring. I'll break it in this evening with some chicken fried steaks
