Default Apologies to some of my CDC Friends

This past Spring I got the opportunity to meet several NEW Friends that fish the American Crappie Trail. My Friends Don White, Introduced me to Friends that lived in Mississippi, Jerry Gross and Wife Debbie are committed to Crappie Fishing and has a guide service on Lake Washington --- The wife Debbie Makes hundreds of Custom Tied Jigs. Don and Jerry furnished a whole Box of Fishing Reels for the Kids poles at the Gathering this weekend ---- Jerry was to be a new sponsor with 2 Gift Certificates For $25 of the custom Jigs from their Catalog ---- They have on Facebook ---- I DID NOT PUT THEM IN MY TRUCK leaving them at home Another Friend from the Trail Donnie Knats was to supply [2] 30 packs of jigs similar to Meatgetter Jigs sitting at home, that they wanted CDC members to get exactly what they wanted Sorry guys

Larry, I am sure you want here any complaints from the guys that attended the Gathering. Everyone that was there knows how much you contributed to the event this year. Deviled eggs, Pies, Fishing Poles for all the Kids, ETC. Thanks for all you did, I saw a lot of happy kids leaving that night.

Larry no apology needed for a senior moment. You went far beyond what was called for. You made a lot of adults happy with your food and a lot of kids happy with the poles. Also your presence was a Blessing. There's always next year.

Don’t be hard on yourself. PPG has some good advice. Sometimes we just have to much on our plates. Pun intended.

I know we are all Family and it is what we do to bring others to feel that CDC is the best place to Be... For me it Is A Family Reunion and Christmas at the same time --- Doc made it his work for months and Team Overalls Carrying the Torch this year shows it is the Best Gathering for Miles around...... Last year as I was taking Photos I was Beside a Youngster That said " AAAWWWWAAH That was the last Fishing Pole. My heart went out to her as she said it so Low that I was the only one that heard her, as receiving a Pole for her door Prize Would Be the Memory of a Lifetime ... I remembered what it took to get my first Rod and Reel. Backlash City but worth It. Those Kids are the Next Generation that will teach their Kids How to Fish ---- Who Knows they could be the ones to Keep the Gathering Going
