good report..
New poles are in and we are ready, we stop and pick up so minnows and here we go.. this was 2 weekends ago and man was it hard to find some clean water... we finally found the only canal and was the only boat. And here we go, Caden lands another 12" sac my oldest son breaks off at the boat and then I go to flip mine in the boat and it hits the rim and back in the water.
We end up with 10 bass 1 sac and 5 cats and 1 bull Bream.... Not a bad trip, we just want more Sacalait...

RETIRED LOUISIANA CRAPPIE HUNTER
More than enough to eat in that box. Sounds like y'all had a good trip.

We did thanks for asking, I really like fishing in the shade, Instead of melting in the salt water marsh... and i have 6 different areas within 30 mins and most of them are 15-20 mins of my home instead of an hour /hour& fifteen mins to fish Specks.
Put the phone down and fish!!!!
Those Salters Poles just went through the Break In Cycle
Great mess of fish. Congratulations! A TIP FOR THOSE CRAPPIE; get you a landing net. Their mouths seem to be more tender than most other fish, especially the heavy ones. You will put more of them in the boat if you use a landing net.
The Lord is good. His mercy and love endures forever.
I agree with Pastor, I use a net on most crappie I bring in and you'll be surprised how many fall off in the net!
That's a fine mess y'all caught
