    Default Hung bait

Not sure if this link will work or not, but I just saw this video on Facebook at the "Standing Wave Technique" to help get hung baits unstuck. If the link doesn't work, just look it up on line. I've never heard of it, but I'm sure going to try it out next time.

I predict that I'll be trying this out Thursday morning.

Cool! I have done that numerous times but always did it on the rod like he talked about. Will definitely try that out next time I get hung up. Thanks Scott!

will put that in my arsenal for sure!

Barry N at Crappie U showed a technique like this but this one is easier to execute. Also he showed how as soon as you feel hooked rather than jerk hard, lower your rod tip and let off pressure then shake it a little and that has worked tremendously well as I live in the brush and saved a ton of jigs already.
