Went to Bayou Corne today for the first time in almost 2 years. Parking lot full and boats out the wazoo! Looked like a bass tournament. Some short canals had 4 and 5 boats in them and we didn't see anybody catch a fish. One guy had 3 and that was the most for the day. We caught one dink and 5 or 6 small perch. I don't know what gave them lockjaw today, but something did.
Water looked great up front and and little murky at Bay Alceed and 69 degrees. Other than the east wind, I don't know what happened. ?????
I guess that's why they call it fishing and not catching? But it still beats working. LOL

Oh we bumped stumps, fished tree tops, punched grass mats and shot docks. The only sac came from a tree top.
And Bruce, what's this Thursday?
