    Default lowrance mapping chip suggestions.


    I just got a lowrance 7 ti and the louisiana nautic pro coastal chip. I spoke with lowrance before purchasing the chip to make sure the spillway and lake verret were on the chip installed the unit last night put the chip in and no spillway or verret on the chip at all. The area were they should be is land. I am definitely sending the chip back. Just interested to see what chip everyone else runs before I call them. Thanks for the help.

    There are several cards that only have the coastal areas...some with lake Verrett....I just got the Lowrance 5 ti and the card I bought was the Navionics Platinum plus Hot Maps.....covers the south east US....much more than what I needed but I wanted all of Louisiana....just getting started using it but it looks fine so far....

    Mr. Bruce are you able to see all the cuts and fingers coming off the canals on your chip?
