Friday evening at the State Park the Chef was doing his majic making Corn Dogs from Scratch with mild and spicy versions for those that would attend --- we got a close inspection of a deep frier special made to make Foot Long Hot Dogs and he had deep fried Brownies Fried in Funnel Cake Batter. This was Chef Randys First D'Arbonne Gathering ---- He was a Contributor to the door Prizes as well and he really worked hard above and Beyond to make the Gathering a Success..... The new Members and those friends that said they have to become part of CDC This Gathering did outgrow Doc Waldo cabin and smiles were everyplace you looked ---- we are a Family
Man those Spicy Corn Dogs was some kinda good, and his fish fry mix is amazing also. Going to try and get Randy to do the catering at our next Safety celebration at work. Thanks Chef Randy.
