Default Darbone Tues and Wed report

Having never been on the lake before today I fished the channel east of the bridge only keeping 2. I talked to a fellow named Rodger who is a friend of Slip Cork so if you read this tell him thanks for pointing me in the right direction for Tuesday . I would also like to put out a plug to the nice folks at "Taterbaulms" who have live shinners some of them are big enough to filet , they pulled out the arel view map to share a place to start around TEX LANDING sign on Darbone Chanel. Fished shinners early, fast and furious then someone turned off the switch around 9 had to switch to jigs anything with PINK around 11 to 13 ft deep kept 14 big fish. Same spot Wedsnday morning, same boats, same nice folks, everybody talking kept 9 before heading back to Marksville. NOW THE SAFETY REPORT, WARE YOUR LIFE Jacket, Go SLOW , STAY IN THE CHANEL MARKERS , I HIT 3 STUMPS In 3 DAYS. Sorry I can't make the C.C Gathering ya'll have a good time and drink a beer for me. I have some great pictures but can't figure out Windows 10 gonna have the neighborhood kid to help me .

Hey Skippa, Are you the one that damaged you front hook on your boat. I am the guy you talked with while you tying your boat down. Glad you had a safe trip home.

Nice report Chippa. Yeah Roger is the absolute best and the bad news for the White Perch there is that Roger and Mrs. Jo Ann now live in their beautiful new house on the lake up Lil Darbonne a piece from Tech landing. Try to come back around Thanksgiving week into December.....SLIP

FOL....I remember that day at the Mart. I enjoyed talking with you as well. I had a really good time in Ruston and I plan to visit there from time to time to see my Darbonne Sacalait mentor Roger when I have a few Crappie Questions....Darbonne should be heating up a bit this time of year. Stay on em.....SLIP
