    Default D'ARBONNE FOOD THREAD

WANTED to wait til october to start this. any earlier, and i would be hungry for waaaaayyyyyy too long!! haha

i'm hoping scott will spearhead this again this year. anyway--you can post here what groceries you will be bringing to darbonne. in case we have any first timers, here is what we do. most arrive thursday, and that night we all just normally eat on our own. although last year we fired up the grill at our cabin and we all brought our own meat to cook. then friday, we have a big pot luck supper. this is where everyone brings their specialty. if you dont wanna cook, we can always use drinks, plates, plasticware, napkins, etc.

then saturday we all donate fish to the fish fry. but we also need things like fries, onion rings, hush puppies, ketchup, tartar sauce, tabasco, as well as more plates, etc. we also need several big fryers to fry up the goodies.

so yall post here what you plan to bring!! i will start!!

    butt bites--friday
aluminum trays and paper towels for saturday
    name tags/sharpies
    salt/pepper/tony's

can't wait to get my mouth watering!!

I'll be glad to track it Mark. I'll let some folks start replying first, then I'll assemble and maintain a running list with posts every so often. Already looking forward to seeing everyone as well, and hopefully enjoying the bounty of D'Arbonne.

I will bring a 6 gallon fryer with oil. Will decide on what food to bring later.
