    Ok Scott, I got 2 pecan pies cooked tonight so IF I can keep Angie and Laikyn out of them, I will have one for each night! Going to try to work on the gumbo tomorrow night.

    Hey Scott, I am bringing 2 big ice chests full of sodas, a huge chest full of water!! I am also bringing a huge roll of foil. I've got dish soap and sponges, and 2 boxes of blue towels. I'm also bringing all the stuff I mentioned earlier. Thanks Scott for keeping track of this thread again!! It's almost here!!!

    RMGeorge – 6 gallon fryer with oil, smoked pork ribs, tater salad, LA Crispy fish fry mix
    GreenShiner – fries, ketchup, tartar sauce, fryer, oil
    Maxwell328 – 2 smoked briskets, BBQ sauce, foil pans, stack of plates, sweet tea, lemons, plastic forks/spoons, napkins
    Bflowers – 2 burner cooker, pots and oil, big coffee pot and supplies, big garbage bags, baked beans, canopy tent
    Southern Chuter – Sauce picante and rice, soft drinks, dessert
    PawPaw Gene – Boudin balls, bread pudding
    Pastor – yellow corn meal, seafood gumbo
    Randy (Pastor’s brother)- Fish fry and biting corn dogs
    FishOnLine – Deviled eggs and pecan pies
    Deacon - fryer and oil
    Crappienator – Cooker, oil, and…..fish? Chuck do you have a surplus?? 
    Shadow – pecan pies, maybe gumbo
    Lahotwood – BBQ pulled pork sandwiches
    Luvtofish – spicy crackers, cole slaw, tartar sauce, cake, maybe meatball sliders
    Jigman 09- Jalapeno hush puppies , carrot cake
    LAFishNut-spiral ham, onion rings

    I am also going to bring a pan of lil smokie sausages wrapped in bacon and brown sugar, Friday night.
    If you dont have time to do it right the first time, when are you going to find time time to fix it.

    Those are delicious! I thought about that myself earlier, but got worried I might not have enough time.

    Ok Scott, the gumbo is cooked and loaded up so we WILL have that for tomorrow evening. Will be heading out here very shortly, if anyone needs to get ahold of me, they can call Doc, and he can give you my #. See yall up there!
