    Default belly board

OK this is for you older fishermen, I am in dire need of a couple of belly boards. It is the one where you have a hollow spot for the fishes belly to sit and it measures the true length of the fish. They were made by Wil-E-Go many years ago and were used in the Bass tournaments. Any ideas??

I looked every where I know to look and no luck. Tackle warehouse used to sell them but no more. Even called them to make sure. Maybe you will luck out and someone has one laying around. Just a suggestion but might call some of the larger tackle shops around Toledo bend and might find one.

the only place i can think of around here that might have "vintage" gear like that is a place called BACON'S FISHING TACKLE. it is in south shreveport. the guy that owns it is named michael bacon. good guy. i know his little brother pretty well. here is his address and phone number.

    5025 flournoy lucas road
    shreveport, la 71129
    318.686.6309

michael pours his own plastics for bass and crappie. it is a really neat store just to go look at all the old wooden plugs with glass eyes and old bamboo rods. he's got a ton of really old and valuable relics. hope this helps.
