    Default They were biting yesterday

Getting shiners, the fellow coming out the door said he caught 18 in the calm winds in 3 to 5 ft of water and they were not on the bank but in shallow water close to the bank. it took some good joking humor for that tid bit. With wind lake advisories and Rain in the Forcast with a cold front and Rain. We put in at 33 on the Bone with few places blocking the wind we fished close to the new D'Arbonne Cabins by the old Hwy 15 which is almost washed away. Bro got 3 Bites that he did not see, he missed them all. We moved to the area by the 33 bridge, where I got 3 Bites. I didn't feel the first one, the second drug the cork but was a 3 inch bass that could not take the cork under. We let the boat get into deeper water because we were did not see any shad schools. In 12 foot of water we found shad and fish on the sonar. I caught one 14 Inch Male Black crappie weighing 1 1/2 pounds. with the water too rough we called it a day
