Sad to see that and all the other high waters north of the Lake. That should mess up fishing for a long time not to mention all the hurt it will put on the people. All you North Shore people, keep safe and if I can help with anything let me know.

I feel for you guys that have to pass through Baton Rouge to fish. Went to Dick's over there yesterday and it was backed up East bound 7 miles from Perkins. Stop and go over the big bridge.

I mainly fish Henderson......and I never, never, never go on Fridays anymore......I once was coming home Eastbound on a Friday afternoon and it was backed up 30 miles from the I10/I12 split in Baton Rouge......would rather go and fight the weekend boat traffic than the Friday road traffic.....traffic anywhere in Baton Rouge on Friday is horrible....

I was wondering about that. When we went to the Led Zeppelin show there, it took us over two hours to get from Cabela's to downtown on a Friday afternoon - not during "rush" hour, about 2 o'clock. Was curious if it was like that all the time, every day.
