    Default Lake Bouef 3/7

Hit the Lake Bouef canals at daylight with partner; bite was off but managed 16, mixed bluegills, lakerunners, 2 bass and 6 sacs. Jigs under corks and Fish were not tight to the bank. Scratched in the wooded canals and found the fish in the marsh canals.

Lots of company and not many catchin; we quit around 2:30.

    Probably be on fire tomorrow.

You are right Gene. Was fishin with my 80 yr old fathernlaw and eatin pulled pork sammies. He said the sacs still had eggs... Must be the tail end of the sac spawn.

Love seeing that cigar cork stand up and slowly disappear.
