I know most of you probably know this but I just found a way to know if you are logged in when you load the board. To do this, when you are logged in go to My Profile, then go to the left side of the bar just above the ads.
Choose either Green or Blue. Your board then becomes green or blue when you are logged in and grey if you are not.

Or you can just look at any members posts and if he is logged in the round dot to the right of his name will be green if he is logged in.

Or you can hold the cursor over the members' name and it will say if he is on line or off line. I look in the very top right side and if my screen name appears I know I am logged in.

The index page opens when you choose Forum from the menu bar.
If you log in and go to the La. forum page then save that page in your bookmarks or favorites, when you choose La. from the bookmark drop down you will be automatically logged in. You can also do the same for the main forum page, log in and save it in your bookmarks and you will be automatically logged in when you choose it from the bookmark drop down.
