Co worker wanted me to check his spot. So I do as I'm asked LOL. I haven't bass fish in a long time.

Made about twenty cast and caught little bass and a dozen or so gar hits. Then the bird nest. Cut my speck jig off the other cast rod and threw a few more time and gave up bass fishing.

    Hey PS,

I talked with the coworker today and he gave some more details. I fished the points. He failed to tell me about the run out in the back or letting the bait hit the trees and stumps to get bit.

Nice pictures JR. That bottom right picture with the back lash looks all too familiar to me! lol Also in the bottom right picture, I noticed the tri color jig. Is that a blue top, green body and chrt. tail jig? That is the EXACT jig I have been looking for if it is, can you tell me where you found it and where I can get some? Thanks

El Giro's opened up under the name of Pepe's. We tried it, good stuff. Same employees, one of them bought it from the previous owner. Essentially the same menu items.
