Thread: Toledo Bend gathering the last weekend of February

See you there! We're leaving at noon'ish. 2 1/2 hr away.

I'll be thinking about you folks this weekend....wishing I was there. Hope you all have safe travels, catch plenty of fish, and I already know you'll have a good time telling tales. Looking forward to pictures/reports when you all get back so don't forget to take some!

Hey guys, I was very sick while in LA, came home and was sick most of last week. Doc said I had a very bad case of bronchitis and game me plenty of meds. By-the-way, if anyone finds a yellow iPhone in Toledo Bend, it's probably mine. I dropped it in the water about 15 minutes after getting there on Thursday.
I felt well enough to guide guide Friday afternoon but was worn out by the end of the day. We did have a decent days catch of crappie. I am feeling much better and "think" I'm ready to get back in the saddle. Thanks for a wonderful time and I really enjoyed meeting all you good folks. I just wish I had felt well enough to visit much more.

Wow Barry....that's some tough luck......sorry about the phone & being sick.......but glad you are doing OK now.....hope you can make another some time.....I was wondering, where did your buddy get that shirt he was wearing,,,,I really liked it and would like to order me one.....thanks again for the hooks donation.....glad you made it back home OK....my wife's sister from Round Rock is still in this area visiting (at our house right now).....
