Thread: 1st Sad Post/Please Pray

Prayers sent for all of the families involved.

It can happen in the blink of an eye. My niece got rear-ended yesterday evening on her way to my house. Totaled her car, but she was just bruised. Could have been a lot worse, but another example of life changing in a matter of seconds.

God blessed her.

Prayers sent. Thankful for every breath and memory.

So sorry to hear about this tragedy, It seems one minute everything is perfect and it can change so quickly. I just got out of the hospital from a 10 day stay from a dumb accident I had on my riding mower. I live on a creek bank and have a 35 foot porch only 6 feet from a 30 foot drop into that creek and decided to turn around at the end instead of backing up to make the next pass, Well, bad decision mower front tire got over the embankment and instead of hitting the brake acidently slipped onto accelerator and went 30 feet down the embankment and lawn mower landed on me breaking #3-4-5-6-7 ribs and puncturing my lung. The GOOD LORD looks after us fools but perhaps he had plans in heaven for the lost ones. Again, my condolences to the family members and prayers going out to the entire family.........God bless all envolved....Tony

Dear Heavenly Father, please be with this family. Wrap them in Your loving arms. Help them feel the comfort and peace that Your Word says passes all of our human understanding. Give them strength and friends who will be there for them during this trial. In Jesus name, Amen!
