    I use a Dexter and hit it was an accusharp sharpener every once in a while. Works great

    I have an old buck filet knife I use. Gets sharp as a tack.

    Bought a Black&Decker electric knife at wally world for $13 yesterday... Ill try it out as soon as I talk a few fish into my livewell.
