I would like to say special thanks to James Morgan aka southern chutter and Brandon jennings aka tree frog for their efforts for helping get this tournament to our area. God is good!

It was a great tournament on some fantastic lakes that need to be on the regular CM trail. Both James and Brandon are top notch guys that worked hard to make this happen!
From the ARK-LA-MISS Delta....... Crappie Paradise ! ! ! !
I was told it was a great tournament. Lots of numbers.
Had a blast on Darbonne, best post spawn fishing I've ever done. Caught 40+ crappie every day Tuesday - Saturday and in every depth of water. Our shallow water spot was void of big fish on Saturday morning, catfish moved in by the 1000's overnight! Fortunately my secondary spot was holding good fish, and as soon as the rain started the bite turned on hard! Ended up in 3rd with 10.75, had a blast!
I've never been to Darbonne. Thinking about going next week. Do you think there could be some fish caught on some deeper cypress trees? I am assuming the shallow spawn bite is over. Thanks
Just for curiosity do most tournament folks use shiners or artificial?
I would venture to say that they use whatever is working. I think they have some tourneys that do not allow live bait. When money is on the line I would use whatever the fish are wanting.
