rod wrap crappie nets and poles
hey guys.
steve brown, the president of rod wrap, sent me an email last night about the question "does rod wrap make my rod float??". i will copy and paste his response. also he is coming out with a new line of nets for different type of fishermen. each net has rod wrap on the handle to make it easier to use, but he needs/wants our input to create and design the most useful nets for crappie fishermen. i will also send him a link to this thread so he can see all of our responses and input on what makes a great crappie net.
thanks in advance for you input and advice. steve is supporting us by sending us some stuff for our door prizes and i think it would be a really nice gesture to support him back by giving him our input.
thanks,
doc
P.S. we must have had over 100 customers tell us that the grip floated their rod long enough for them to get to it before it sank. The only claim I make is that they will not need the RodWrap to float the rod because it will not slip out of their hands.
Mark we are coming out with a new line of nets in two weeks, all made here in the USA. We would like to get your organization involved in the design of the Crappie net so that what we produce is exactly what you guys need and want. being a Bass and Trout guy I have no clue what works for Crappie. The nets will all come with a limited lifetime warranty, telescoping handles, all anodized aluminum, flotation, detachable baskets, with interchangeable frog gigs and push pole attachments, pre wrapped RodWrap handles and a measuring device on the extending part of the handle.
The first nets produced will be Bass then Salmon and if we can get your in put perhaps Crappie third.
Thanks again for your business and your help !!
