    Nerver knew that for sure. Would have probably told someone they were crazy with the heat if they told me that the old London Bridge was brought over to the USA and pit in Arazona, LOL!

    They numbered each block of the bridge when they took it down and then used that to reassemble. You can still read the numbers on some of the blocks. They rebuilt the bridge, then dug a channel under it so it actually goes over water. Several countries bid on it, but the Arizona proposal they felt was the best preservation of the bridge.
