Im looking to do a Toledo Bend trip with the family. Can anyone recommend a guide service that goes out on a party barge ?

Mr. Coon won't do you wrong. He even accommodated my late father in a wheelchair very well.
He meets you at Cypress Bend. If the fish aren't biting, he'll call you and ask if you'd like to reschedule. We have always caught fish with him. I don't remember exact numbers, but it's always been over 50 (four of us). Plus, he always teaches me something new about the lake and sacalait. Here's some we caught with him a couple years ago. I agree with Coon Gillespie. I have never fished with him, but have visited with him a few times while at Toledo Bend while he is launching/loading his boat. He sets his own brush piles and is very good people. Good luck.
