Henderson....2/3.....Where Is Everyone......
Launched at 7 AM......I am the only one in the parking lot.....guess I did not get the message that they were not biting.....I have NEVER seen this lot empty......
Tried the piling first.....nada.....nutin....except a cold North wind......then went exploring.....or....trying to get out of the wind.....caught first fish at 1 PM.....not even a bite up till then.....went thru all my shiners.....wound up keeping 16 sacs and 1 bass....thro back 4 small sacs and 1 shoepic......left them biting at 4......the way the day started I never would have guessed they would have turned on like that......
Got home at 6 after gassing truck and boat....ready for next trip......Didi cooked me some of Monday's catch for supper......A & W root beer on the side......

Great catch on a tough day condition -wise. I actually had fried sacalait for lunch and supper today as my mom cooked them both meals (she's my chef lol) she knowsif she cooks them I will visit. Of course being that I live next door and work less than a mile away it's hard not to make a meal

BTW, between hunting and fishing out of henderson for the last 18 years, i can count on one hand how many days I've seen the parking lot so empty at that time......seems unnatural when you see it doesn't it? Just goes to show how much smarter you are than all the rest!
