    Fisherman...that's a LOT of meat from an awesome catch!

    A couple of our other members shared a great recipe for baked crappie with me, and with that much in the freezer, you might try it some time....
    sprinkle layer of fillets with Tony's or something similar (I prefer Slap Ya Mama seasoning)
    squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top
    layer some thin sliced onions (I use onion powder myself)
    Use a can of Cream of Shrimp soup and spread on top
    Layer on a topping of crushed Ritz crackers
    bake it in the oven....it's been a while, but I believe I cooked mine at 350 for 30 min or so, really depends on the thickness of the fillets.

    GOOOOD stuff!! SportCity and Cajun Dave turned me on to this. Can't wait to get me another mess of fish so I can cook it again.
