    thats some real nice ones Bruce!!! where were you fishing???? not looking for location exactly just area?? i have been fishing henderson pretty hard the lasy few months and havent caught many of them white ones i know they are there just waiting for them to get hungry i guess!!!! again nice catch hope to see you out there one day

    I was there also at the same time using jigs. Four sacs and five bream, nothing as big as your fish though. Cannot seem to find the fish here. Went to COW ISLAND Saturday with my Brother-in law and ended up with 57 sacs. Brother-in-law caught more and bigger than me and let me know about it. Had fun. THANKS.

    A 15 inch just seems like it would be more than a pound and a half huh ... Nice fish for sure . Congrats !

    I iced them down as I left the landing.......I didn't weigh it till 3 or 4 hours later after it was dead.....I am sure it lost some weight.....plus, during spawn they will weigh much more (eggs)....thanks...

    OK....technically, from the mouth of the canal, Amoco runs north/ west.......I think of the interstate as running east/west even though it runs south/west from Baton Rouge, so, if I consider going toward the interstate in the Amoco canal I say I am going north.....( now, I don't know what this has to do with my point)....

    but, after looking at the map, I will affirm my statement that I was due west of the mouth of the Amoco canal....
