You Guys are a hoot, I have been lurking but not posting so this contest did peek my intrest.

This coming Sunday (June 30th) is the last day to post for this past six month's period for this prestigious award. It's starts new July 1st until December 31. Lets keep this alive guys.

Tried to find the older post of the Toledo Bend gathering. I had a winning fish pic there I snagged in Docwaldo's boat. Any suggestions on how to pull up that old pic?

Lynden, I did some digging and i believe i found the pic you're talking about. The caption above says 2.3lbs, I think that puts you in a tie with Danny

Okay folks, it's July 1st. 20watt had a very nice catch and post. Lynden also had a nice catch at 2.3 lbs. at the Toledo Bend gathering. Danny's was 2.3 lbs. as well - I weighed that fish and took the picture during the shallow bite at Toledo Bend. He caught that in the back seat of my boat. It was fat, and remember Danny is wide (he told me they used to call him 5X5 at work ). So, it being a very close call - Danny wins this very prestigious award during this past time period.

PM me your address Danny, and PM Slab your address as well for the additional award(s) he had mentioned. The contest starts fresh as of today until Dec 31. The current holder of this most sought after achievement (Danny) will decide who wins during this current time period. Start posting now on this thread, who knows, a 1.5 lb. fish may win this next go around (I doubt it though). It sure is fun, let's keep it alive.

Thanks, pm on the way. Lynden, you inspired me to learn how to catch a crappie on Toledo Bend. If you remember I only caught 1 during the gathering and it was 1.5 lbs. I decided I better learn a little more to be competitive and I ended up having a pretty good year so far. Caught a number over 1.5 lbs and a bunch for the freezer and to give away. Try to make it to the next gathering if possible! Look forward to sending on the trophy to the next winner. Danny
