Default bandit 200 vs. bandit 300

can anyone tell me the difference between the bandit 200 and the bandit 300?? i assume the 300 runs just a little deeper. but i'm not sure of this. do they have the same size body?? hooks?? i am gonna try this pulling cranks thing. and i just thought i would do a little brainstorming before i try.

i personally saw oneon last weekend at darbonne catch about 7 fish in an area that we had just gone thru, and we didn't get a bite on shiners, and he was dragging cranks. so there must be something to it, but i'm sure there is a learning curve before you get really effecient at it. but no time like the present.

The 200's run 4-8' deep and the 300's run 8-12' deep. This is when they are being tossed and retrieved. It's becoming more and more popular to troll Bandits for Crappie.

I think there is a link or a chart in the Archives section that will show you how deeply they will go when pulled at a certain speed and with a certain amount of additional weight on the line.

Yes they do have the same size body and hooks, the bill on the 300 is a little longer. Out here at Saline/Larto when bass fishing, i always catch a few sac-a-lait on the cb's. They love the pearl white ones or for me they do.

If you get the chance just watch Ron (ONEON) pulling cranks or talk to him. There are many subtle things that he does to make it successful and land those big fish. He is a master at it. There is a whole lot more to it than just pulling them behind the boat.

I'll try to add to the others comments by following with: The Bandit 300 has an SS BB in the bill and wobbles a little differently than the 200. There is a dive curve app available for your smart phone through precision trolling. I would highly recommend it.

The information for pulling bandits is timeless -- But it needed the speed also because it changes everything

You can use those same Charts for the PICO Int crankbaits....they run a foot and a half deeper. Great crankbaits Name: Screenshot_20190121-120912_Messages.jpg
