I was looking through my old tackle box. I found a pack of smoke glitter puddle jumper and a pack of clear chautreuse. I tried them in Lake Boeuf. Caught a few bream and 2 Sacs. This bait came out in the late 80's early 90's. I got it from a friend of mine from Texas. Haven't seen one since. I will try to post a picture later. This is and was a great Sac bait. If any one knows about this bait, please let me know.

:D Bought too cheap and kept too long!!!!:D
:D WALLY:D
Yeah man i bought a pack of these when i was akid at walmart about 12 years ago and caught alot of white bass on them fishing from the bank at a local steam plant. I had never seen one since, thought it was just a regular ole' wal mart gimic that actually work. I might order some now that they are still around. These baits have a very unique fall to them.
There is no place in South La. that handles them. They have real good action and glide under a cork. I posted a picture of the two I use to use all the time.

had a bunch of them when i was younger the blue ones worked real good for gills didn't fish for sacs back then
Just my two cents:D
cool looking bait, kinda looks like the back end of a cricket.
You can't fish with a hung line!
I use them all the time stlll can get them at Daiz.com I think and the other one like that paddle bug both the same.
Thanks very much for the reply fellows. I have it all written down and will check them out. Again thanks
Just looking though these old posts and came across this. The lure shown is a "cricket" I believe. You could call it a sister to the Puddle Jumper. They were orginally made by the Marlynn company which has gone out of business. We now make the original Puddle Jumper (and sell) which has a similar body and legs. The Puddle Jumper has little flat wings on the side. It was more popular than the "cricket". Both are excellent baits. If anyone wants more information let me know.
