Thread: elmer davis

anybody fished elmer davis. I"m going sunday for the first time any advice.I"ved heard the bluegill and shellcracker are good.Any pointers.

fished it about a month ago for the bluegill and cracker spawn, did well water temp was 74, it probably has not raised much, i fish laydowns points and submerged trees that i put out. i would fish i little deeper now to try to get some bigger ones, maybe 10 to 15 feet, slow. you should have a chance at channels,gills and a few crappie. hope this helps.
