Can I assume Ky lake? How deep were you finding the fish? Spider rigging ?
Were they suspended or relating to brushpiles? Thanks for any info you can
give me.......I am a novice and trying to learn.

I caught every one of these in the same place... Right in the mouth. Naw just joke'n. You know where I was.

Funny you should mention the "yella boat dude." He poped off to me about a week or so ago for about the 4th or 5th time & caught me in one of my "I ain't take'n no s!$t" moods and got a piece of my mind. I guess he thinks I'm gonna set in truck & read a book while I wait to see if he's gonna show up or not before I go fish'n. I'm DUNN with the smart a$$ remarks! I stay off what he call's "his stuff" if he's there with customers but if he ain't there... I'm fish'n what I find. PERIOD!!! There I feel better now. :D BTW none of those fish came off brush. I was spider riggin.

I haven't made up my mind which place I'll fish yet, Blood or Little River. Haven't got much experience on either 1.

For those who have asked. Water temp was about 41 and rose to about 42 later in the day. It has dropped about 8 degrees in the last 2 weeks. Best bight has been late late. I've been catching fish, fish'n brush in about 13' to 14' of water fish'n about 8' to 10' deep with 3/32 oz chartruse jigs with 2" yellow/chartruse Southern Pro tubes. The ones in the picture yesterday came spider rigg'n the flats in about 13' of water.

Here's the rig. All 12' WM poles rigged with 6# line. 1/8 oz jigs with chartruse heads, 2" Yellow/Chartruse Southern Pro tubes tipped with small minnows with a 1/4 oz egg sinker 18" abover the jig. Drifting with the wind trying to keep speed down to .3 to .5 MPH. Red/chartruse & purple/chartruse have also worked. But the yellow/chartruse has been more effective. Caught another limit today but the fish were running a little smaller.

Nice mess but you're killing me. I'm dying to hit the water but can't seem to ever get there. Soon!
