I’m taking Vicki to Dale Hollow for a short 3-4 day fishing trip early next month. I have never been there and sure could use help. Looking to pull cranks for crappie but would like to try to target some walleye and even trout. If you have super secret assistance, feel free to PM me.

I’m following this cause it’s a destination I want to hit this year to troll for Crappie and Walleye.

Had a great time, saw beautiful scenery, ate well, fishing sucked.
Never saw as many wakeboard boats! Pleasure boaters had no consideration for fishermen. Very bad experience. We will be back but not between April and October.

We did make it down to in front of the dam to try rainbow trout. We hooked 5 but landed none. Crappie tactics don’t translate well to trout. I studied some boats near us that were using downriggers and limber rods. I have downriggers and will have some limber casting rods before I return.
