Yep .... that's pretty much the ratio I've seen over the last couple of decades .... even back when the size limit was 9"

I've fished the lake since it opened & I think I've only had a limit of keeper Crappie ... maybe three times ... and none of those times occurred since the 10" size limit in 2018. Best limit/weight I've ever had at Taylorsville was 15 fish that weighed 10lbs total (3/4lb avg) and all but maybe 2 of that limit were caught in one spot. Cold, windy Spring day off a small rootwad just inside a wind swept point was where most of the fish came from. The whole mess were weighed on a meat scale at my Mom's house (and probably the only time I've ever weighed my fish).

Good Job, PB ... that gives me some hope about going back to T-ville (after a 2.5yr absence)

The future looks bright. Majority of fish 9”-9 3/4 fish. Never a dull moment would be perfect for kids to keep them busy.
NOT complaining- I believe this fall will be excellent. Taylorsville is most definitely a fertile lake.
