Fished it today. Fish are scattered not many on brush and not many keepers. Plenty of 8-8 1/2 inch fish.

Scattered "singles" or scattered small schools ??

Kinda sounds like the same situation Slabeye & I faced last time we were there. We found our keepers on deep flats with little to no cover around (20+fow) first half of the day, then picked off some more keepers around cover later in the day. They started out thumpin the jigs early, but quickly went to "just being there" when the rod was raised, later on. I even picked up quite a few fish lifting my jigs off the bottom & feeling the extra weight ... almost like they'd picked the jig off the bottom & was just holding on to it, but not moving.

COE chart says water temps are 66* down to 30ft (at the Dam) as of a week ago ... so they should be getting close to putting on the Winter feed bag.

Thanks guys. Went today & caught 13 pretty nice ones early & then never caught another one when they quit. All came on crappie magnets around brush in creeks around 15 feet.
