Fished until 10:30 yesterday morning until the wind got downright rowdy.
Still pitching jigs into the treetops to get my fish. The presentation is critical…if I hit them just right on the first try my chances go up tremendously. If I miss my target, hit the fish with my bait, let it sink too deep in the column, or any other mistakes it seems they know the “jig” is up, and they go tight lipped. Anyway is there anything more fun than feeling that thump?? Of course there isn’t.

The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along
Good ones...thanks for sharing. A jig falling too fast also seems to lock their jaws.
